[Misc] Konica Bizhub 7145 horizontal streaks on 11X17

Hi all,

I have a bizhub 7145 that started to have several streaks on the long side of the sheet near the middle. I've taken out the drum unit and cleaned of the cleaning blade and most of the streaks dissappeared except for one faint one in the middle. What else can it be coming from? thanks. Meter has 107,000.

Lines? Either Corona unit, fuser, drum/blade, residue in path? Can you attach a sample?

Here is what it looks like . . . sometimes it gets lighter or darker as each sheet goes by.

Sure looks like a dirty charge wire to me. Change the wires.

Is that typical for these wires at less thatn 100K clicks? Just ordered a pack of 10.

if u wan to confirm whether is the wire problem, just increase the charge voltage in service mode.
sometimes the charging corona is the culprit.
