    C552 c2554 Error

Has anyone got a heads up on this code C2554, in the manual it gives the below. the M toner was very low when it started throwing this code. i replaced the toner but still have the code.

Any idea? i have ordered a M Imaing unit but im sure i must be missing something.

    1 Reinstall toner cartridge
    2 Reinstall imaging unit
    3 Change imaging unit
    4 PRCB ICP17 conduction check
    5 Change PRCB
    6 Change sub hopper unit

Hi, you can try a Toner Supply. Have a look at the hopper too. How the magenta test looks like?
Are the values in table number ok?

i like to try the basics first
trouble reset: turn off machine hold down utility/counter button (keep holding), turn on machine, when you see a black circle on the top right hand corner let go of the utility button hit the trouble reset button and then reset machine.

          hope this helps

when i've had this problem on older (c250/ c352) models, it has always been either the toner supply motor, or the clutch inside the toner drive unit, on a C451 it was the toner sensor in the sub hopper, it's the same sensor as the "thunderbolt"....the one in the dv unit....
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...
