Alas, you are a couple years too late. Paul passed ... it must be two years ago. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

ok as per blackcat suggested. Here is what I have done till now:
1) I have two bizhub 950. Bought it from a dealer here. One is working fine but the other one freezes whenever i give a job from laptop or recall a data from the saved storage. Or save a file in hdd.
2) I pulled out hdd1 and changed it with the other machine and the machine was working fine without any hanging problem. This was just to be sure that the fault was from hdd1 (which is now confirmed).
3) I changed hdd1 with hdd2 and which is in the controller so that i can format the drive because there is no option to format hdd1 directly.
4) Then I got D002.
5) After that I had some sata hard drives from my computer which i tried to again format first by putting it in the controller and formatted it.
6) After putting them all again one by one at hdd1 place. I am still getting D002.
Any suggestions what should i do
