This has happened to me a few times. It's totally random like every 50-100 sheets. Someone told me it was charger related but the times its happened was usually followed by developer housing failure. I would like to know the cause also.

      Hi,
I have seen this issue when the drum is worn out. charge shorts to the drum. Where is it at with it's PM schedule? I would perform a PM. Replace Drums, Devs, charge units at a minimum.
      hope this helps

I have seen this issue also but drums were within 50% random colors and random times with no reason.

This also clears as soon as it starts with a run of 50-60k may get 3 or 4 sections with one to two pages of this.

Used to get this with the older DU-102C's after playing clean drums over and over, we just started using DU-104s. Banding does happen when grounding seems to fail.

How wore out are the drums/dv/corona's??

            Whats the PM at?
