C360 flips corner skews image
intermittently flips rear corner over to top running 11" lead edge. swapped fuser and transfer roller/assembly. skews image. tray 2 and LCC. Forget to try 1 was 8.5x11R and OK. TIA

CAUSE: The registration rollers have a paper guide which can sometimes be a bit tight so that the sheet catches and becomes folded.
SOLUTION: Ensure that the lift board of the PC-408 and the trays are correctly adjusted so that the stack is parallel with the bucket. If the problem persists, please use a bizhub C554 Cushion (p/n A161164902) to enlarge the space. -

That was my suggestion. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Check the paper guides where the paper exits the tray. The tab on the on side brakes and the guide causes paper to screw.WhateverComment
