Hi,
I'm looking for some help with a clogged print head on a Brother MFW-J5730DW.
I was not getting good prints so I did a Check Print quality and found that some of the cyan was not printing correctly and no matter what cleaning I tried, nothing improved it.
I finally decided to clean with head cleaning fluid, after which I ended up with this:
View: original size
so I then decided to do a few strong print head cleaning cycles and ended up with this:
View: original size
which is where I started from when I started getting print problems.
When I flush through with the head cleaner, I get a tissue full, and I mean wringing wet full, of blue inky solvent so there doesn't appear to be much of a blockage but the printer is insisting the head is clogged.
No matter what I do I cannot get this back to how it should be.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
