error code E000007-0000

Hi friends, please tell me how to fix the error code E000007-0000 in Canon iR2320l, the user emptied some toner fron drum to cartridge toner, began printing with some dark horizontal lines, which did not occur when a document is copied, then appeared the error code E000007-0000. Will change new toner cartridge and the error persists, I must do.

When you say "the user emptied some toner from drum to cartridge toner" you mean they are running the machine on waste toner!?

This error is a fixing fixing rotation fault. I suspect what's happened is the waste toner has soiled the fixing film patch.

You will need to vacuum out all the toner from the dev unit & add fresh.

Then fix the error by removing the fixing unit, & cleaning the white patch on the film.

However I would recommend you replace the film ass'y as it could be damaged.

Bad user hope you charge them for this call !!!!

Thanks for the quick response copier tech; can be sure that charge you very well to this bad user, as I said, made such atrocity. Tomorrow morning make the cleaning work, I will keep you informed of any other mishap, best regards.

this error code comes out when your fuser film sleeve is torn or faulty...
so need to replace..

this error code comes out when your fuser film sleeve is torn or faulty...
so need to replace it..
