    Ricoh DD3324 misfeeding

I have a Ricoh DD3324 which do not pick up paper at all. It goes through normal procedure of master making without any errors but fails to pick up paper on first attempt, that is first page printed after master making. Pickup roller mechanism do not turn at all. I did test clutch and seems to be kicking fine. Still trying to figure out what could be the problem. Another issue is master on the drum do not have ink at all, its dry, just a few patches of ink dotted around the drum. This is what i noticed although machine do not complain about it at the moment.
    Any suggestions please.........

that there is no ink on the drum before printing some pages is normal, after 3 or 4 pages it should be inked, have you checked if there is ink in the cartridge? How many prints does the duplicator have in total? Can you see if the rubber roller shaft rotates when it prints the first page?
