Re: Riso GR3770 Paper Elevator is moving very slow
Hej jermyth, thank you so much for your reply!
I tried everything and ended up disassembeling the whole thing.
All the mechanic wheels turn - it seems that they are really blocked by the motor, that somehow doesn't move as powerful as it used to.
Do you guys have any advice where I could find a spare part like this?
Thanks so much
Martin

Ghostwork,
Did you ever figure this out? I'm troubleshooting it currently and have the same symptoms. I have switched out the Motor Unit with one from a donor machine, only to end up with the same results.
It seems like the elevator tray is binding on its way up the teeth on the Elevator Rack, but his thing was printing just 24 hrs ago, so I'm a little stumped.Last edited by DWG; 11-20-2023, 11:49 PM.Comment

Re: Riso GR3770 Paper Elevator is moving very slow
Update:
It was in fact a mechanical issue. The safety switch at the bottom of the Paper Feed Tray (the one that triggers Check Paper Area message) was bent, and contacting a machine screw - used to fasten the front elevator rack or plate as I think it's referred to in the manual - on it's way up.Comment
