HP LaserJet Pro 200 M276nw print problem

    Hi,
I have an HP laserjet pro m276nw. When I try to print it seems to crash. I have tried changing the pickup roller thinking it was worn out but the result has not changed.
Occasionally it manages to print a sheet but I have noticed that it only prints black with a few hints of colour. I attach a video to better understand the problem
Thank you all for your help.

Did you use a genuine roller (RM1-8047) or aftermarket roller?

If you look from the rear of the printer, do you see the pickup roller rotating?

No the pickup roller is aftermarket. I changed both the pickup and the separator.
From behind I can't see anything because it's closed. Removing the paper tray I can see the pickup roller just fine.
Could it be a toner problem this strange noise it makes when I try to print?
Then I noticed that those few times it does print, the paper comes out very slowly.
