C-4520 on C6500

Hi,
Before this code in the sim test pattern at 90 the coverage was't looking even at all. Consumable's weren't that bad and print was ok.
It stop's early after the start and show's this code.
Om the transfer belt are only two stripes, magenta and cyan, the third one, yellow, is still on the drum.
The belt is spining and i have read about other related post's on this mater. So I have clean the sensors on registration ass'y but that didn't help. Then taped the shutter in the open position.
I'm asking if it is ok to take the assy out and go to another machine and test it there or if is even related to that assy?

No.
It simply go in error code after a short period of time.
Should I try to go in Service Mode early?

if i remember there is a sw switch to change to disable auto color registration, you reset it to default and then run manual CR.
