Tray 1 only shew copies..replacement of complete feed unit! 2,3, 4 trays works fine.Sometimes you can get good copies!

As it has 4 trays my educated guess would be it's from bizhub A3 model line.
If machine has high mileage check registration roller bushings for wear and tear. If new install I would suspect some chassis bending but really that is some sci-fi chanting...A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. Swap paper trays for test. There is also additional mylar added to the rear end of existing one (p/n: 4348311712) to prevent paper skew and dog ears.

What comes to mind would be the driven rollers on the first relay roller not having even pressure on both rollers for some reason.
It takes some doing but you can jig the machine to run with the door open to see if it come out skew from the feeder.WhateverComment

What solved this problem in the 4 models, was to take out the registration roller unit and to clean all four bushings of those rollers. Something held them up and only tray one would skew. Hope this helps.
