Konica Biz Hub C284e memory upgrade question

Hello guys, happy Friday.
customer wants to increase the memory. if this is the same as the C554e, there is a HDD and 2 DIMM sticks.

i have asked them to print a config hoping that it will show the current memory level.

my question, if they want to print larger jobs, or without a lag time, is it the DIMM that needs to be replaced?
they told me the C554e needed a larger memory back when they purchased it and the Konica dealer sent them a 320 gb HDD.

in admin mode set spool jobs to HDD.
done.
the extra ram helps with apps, i never saw an increase of ram improve printing when the jobs spool to the copier HDD.

also you can turn off other things not being used like if there are no MACs you can disable appletalk and probably IP6 too. this will use less memory.
