[Dead] C5701 on error on Ineo+3350i

Hello all,
I have Konica c3350i which won't boot. it just shows a C5701 (power supply malfunction) error on the panel.
its on the latest G6 firmware, 35k prints.

So far I've tried,
base board, CPU, power supply, front and side door switches, main on/off switch.

I know these are a pig of a machine (in my experience) so any thoughts would be much apricated.
