C224e With Line on Scans and Copies

    Good Morning,
I have a customer that has a line going from front to back on their page. Not all the time. I changed drums and transfer belt. Now knowing that it does it on scans to. Example.jpg
    Any Ideas?
    Thanks

Sorry, they are only from the feeder. They are not on prints. Copies and scans. Not off the glass.
      Thanks

ccd most likely. have also seen the first mirror frame tip a bit when in the feeder position, causing the image to not hit the ccd correctly. try one on the glass.

Does the line occur in the same place every time it does show up? I'm guessing the paper is forming a small buckle right over the scan glass, is it hitting some burr or obstruction intermittently at that spacing? Given you have the edge deletion it's not a drum or transfer belt, it's being written that way.

It is not every scan that this happen. Some time the line is thinner than this one. I seems to happen in the morning.
            Thanks
