Konica C364e Tray1 jams

Hi Everyone.Just want to see if others have had this problem.Konica C364e,Only jams from Tray1- 9901 code.
I know the cassette 1 is good and Paperfeed unit is good.Cleaned Reg roller and bearings.All other Trays feed fine except Tray1.
When it does jam, tells me check paper size.Any help is appreciated.

Is the paper size reading correctly on the display for what is actually in tray 1?

Check the reg sensor actuator. I had one where the spring on the actuator got weak and the actuator did not spring back fast enough causing similar issue to yours. Fixed it by putting 1 more wrap on the spring to make the actuator spring back faster.

Is it jamming on internal prints or copies or is it just while printing? I would reseat the memory card, run a full self diagnostic and flash firmware.

Yes.Only jams in tray.

Try another registration roller clutch.

i can replace clutch, but wouldn't both trays jam if that's the issue?

I had it on another model and it was also asking to check for tray paper size ended up being reg clutch.

Had this same issues but it was doing it on a c550i and from the bypass under 5k prints ended up being the main board might help might not just wanted to throw that out there even tho it was a diffrent model and tray.
