    Bizhub c368 c2552

Client has a fairly new c368, meter around 50k. Keeps popping up a c2552 over toned cyan developer. I can go in and do some screen shots and get it back down to normal level as and then later it comes back. Any ideas why this is happening?

If any of the drums are close to or over yield it's probably a good idea to replace them. Otherwise replace the dev unit

Aftermarket/knockoff toners can cause abnormally high TCR %, been seeing this a lot lately with 8 series not using OEM toner. You can run dozens of halftones at 255 to bring the level back down but it will creep back up slowly.
