biz 353 light copy

I cleaned IDC sensor transfer belt with no result.
When i removed transfer belt i noticed that the mark ( i mean that at the side of transfer belt at the right side there is a mark that i think it plays some role ) . The half of this mark was cut . I glue it . But copy is still light. Can that cut on this mark is the problem?

Did you clean print heads and charge?

or calibrate it?
did someone reset the counter for the belt or the 2nd transfer roller without actually replacing the part?
ive seen that dozens of times on the 3 series.

Think you meant to post C353. There is no 353.

What else have you done so far? Some samples would help a lot. What are the comsumable counts? In order to help we need more information. There are a lot of great technicians on this forum but not one mind reader......

If you are talking about the square mark on edge of transfer belt that is normal and wouldn't be your issue for light prints. I've seen many peel up a little.

Also make sure white gear & pin on end of trans roller didn't fall off.
