What parts did you replace on your PM? Which PM? What simulations did you do? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You really ought to change the change at least the corona wires, grid, wire cleaners, drum blades, and do the drum peculiarity adjustments. I would not call drum and developer a complete PM by any stretch of the imagination. You might glance at the PM recommendations in the manual. =^..^=

You have to run the peculiarity according to the manual. If you miss a certain step, the copies will be light and you'll have to replace the developer again. I don't remember which step, but I missed it on my first PM for these machines.
If at first you don't succeed, redefine success

Then perhaps you should install the kit. The way I'm reading your first post, you have "Replaced drum an developer.," Spare me the temper tantrums, please. =^..^=
