well if you replaced the transfer belt and the drums you should be good. i wouldn't worry about it.

in case of not working color release motor, you get C2700.
Check the motor by U030/ Color Release Motor (you can hear if it works or not)
        1. i would check drive by U030
        2. reconnect YC 28 on engine pwb
        3. check connector for belt for bent pin (not connector from belt itself, connector located on front frame)
        CRS.JPG
in worst case, new engine pwb needed....that would be a total economic disaster

i am sorry, but i do not remember the distance between belt and drums on this very old system anymore.
1mm can be ok, because the motor don`t lift the belt, it`s for the transfer rollers CMY only.
If you mount the belt, the complete unit would lifted at the last 1-2 cm.
But i remember 1 very old case with broken part in this area.
The rear rail was broken and disassembling/ reassembling was a nightmare.
Take care for #13 on fig 3/ frames 1/ Rail Image Rear.
If you can lift up the belt in this area, new rail needed.
the belt is no longer in a horizontal position
it is slightly lower at the rear
