Hi customer has set up device with E44b Fiery-there getting "Invalid media type was specified Press reset to cancel the job" when trying to print. Have advised to check device tray settings match the print driver-which they told me the correct driver driver is been used & the trays match.Anything else before I head over to chech the settings?

"Invalid media type was specified Press reset to cancel the job"generally means that the paper requested was not in the media library. It could be the paper type, thickness, color or anything else about the paper. Patching the Fiery Imprestik suggested will update/repair the media library. After that if the customer has some strange media type, they may have to manually ad it to the library.Comment

if you don't know. ricoh has a device that you can scan the paper and the add it that way into the media library. this option was available for the pro c5200. though due to the age of the copier im not certain if it is still available. that model has been discontinued.Comment
