    When pushing the scan key message server connection failed (after connecting to server).

    In the machine there are thge following (mot made by me).
    Specify destination-->ID scan-->dimitr@gmail.com
    Specify destination --> address book stravr,popi, dimotr-->

    Some instructions to set up scanning .

          when you have comunication problem/error, scan-to-mail, folder, or other....its always good idea check the system registry in WIM, to precision focus how see the controller when negotiating, you can check this in configuration>ipv4>registry monitor. or print interface configuration from user tool (last page contain same information)

              Gmail, I include two-step verification also in email sendings and the "Pop3" and "Smtp" services no longer work as before. Many companies are migrating to IMAP. Verify what level of security you have in the email and you will have to create a specific key for devices that CANNOT authenticate manually.


              It is in Spanish, I do not know if the Ricoh delegation in other countries also has it.

                  Who is your ISP and what email provider are you trying to scan to? There are some ISP that only scanning to their SMTP.

                  Are the domain of the authentication email address and the sender email address the same? Many online email providers reject all income emails where they do not match.
