Hi,

Ricoh Aficio C305
Error Code : SC491-00

I have checked cables. Replaced Drum/Dev Unit, Replaced Transfer Belt Unit. High Voltage board also replaced. Still error is same. what else can be the reason?Toners are seated properly but it is also giving TONERS ARE NOT SET PROPERLY.

Any solution?

@Toner set error:

The toner chip detection spring-contacts might be bad - there are 4 terminals sharing a pcb located on the hopper backside.

It's also possible that there's toner spilling at the hopper area causing both issues with the bottle detection and HV SC491 due to voltage leakage.

Why did you replace the ITB unit when the service manual says Paper Transfer?

I would start by removing all the PCDU, PTR, fuser & transfer belt unit then vacuum / air blow out all stray toner from inside the machine especially the rear of the toner bottles. Clean the Density sensors, reassemble all parts then update the firmware.
