    Ricoh small colour laser P C311W - how to access Service Mode / Maintenance mode ?

    Hi All,

    we have a customer thats says its jamming but wont jam for me when i go. wondering if there if i can get in to Service mode and get an smc report out of it ?
    service manual says the usual : consult your supervisor

      Ayup, if you print a maintenance page from user tools that will give you the jams it's had, or use the SOM tool in the print driver.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          your supervisor will give you the login process. if you are an authorized dealership. if not, then no bueno.

              What, the service manager is going to know how to go into service mode? I don't think so.
