[Error Code] Problem Ricoh PRO C 651 EX sc 402. Help Fix it.

Hello , I Have 9 Ricoh Pro C 651Ex
This last one i bought a almost brand new Ricoh Pro C 651Ex
but i have a problem it shows me an error code sc 402 code.
i think its not pumping toner in the toner pump.
I tried changing drum unit , i tried chaned toner pump , i changed the transfer unit , tried chaning ld unit
nothing still the same.

i put new toner , put new drum unit .
still the same.
i put the same unit and same toner pump in other machine it works.

i try to do sp 3011 - manually process
it failes
i try developer mix , it fails.

Can you please help.

You have a problem in developer unit M , check it, it probably didn't initialize it correctly

How do u mean i didnt initialize it correctly can you be morre specificy , because i did , i put the same unit in other printer it works. thats the problem
the guy who sold it to me before selling did a whole reset on the printer.

From the service manual:

• Dust shield glass is dirty
• ITB unit transfer power pack defective
• LD unit inside laser unit defective

If SP3012 returned a process control error code:

• Code 55, 59. Replace developer.
• Code 56. Clean the toner shield glass, or replace transfer power pack.
• Code 61. Replace laser unit

My guess is the toner shield glass is dirty.

i did clean toner shield glass but still the same problem.
i tried everything i know i did process control it fails , i did developer mix it fails , nothing helps.

If he did a memory clear, you will need to find the birth certificate for the machine and reinput the original values manually.
