Ricoh AP 610N with SC760 error

Hello, has anyone run into this code SC760 on an AP610N?
I cannot find any direct info about this, just general suggestions.
I know this printer is old. Does anyone still have these in the field?
Not sure if it worth pursuing.

Are you sure the error code is "SC760"?
According to the manual we have, that code does not exist.

Thank for this. I was hoping someone has had this code and it turned out to be a loose connection.
As a matter of fact, has anyone seen this error code at all?
And if so was it a board or just a connection?
I know this is a reach being an older model.

With newer MFPs it is usually the USB cable between the controller and the display.

Is the loose connection more at the display? Maybe the machine gets rough handled and the cable loosens up there?
If so then you have to remove the display to get to it?

My experience has been at the controller. Unplug and reconnect usually takes care of the error.

In my opinion, this type of "connection failure" may be due to microparticles that accumulate over time or some type of static interference.

I'm glad to read that the problem was resolved.

I misunderstood, sorry for the confusion.
