Good Day All,
Has anyone come across sudden black disappearance both on colour prints, colour test page and even counter page, even after swapping PCDU image still remains same. Attached is sample.

It could be the K transfer roller in the ITB assembly. If the cam that lifts it when the ITB assembly is latched in place fails, you get either no black or very weak black.

If you interrupt the job and check the drum physically, can you see traces of the print image on it?
It is likely what Slim said and something is off with the ITB/Black transfer roller. If all the other colors are fine then it can really only be these two things as everything else should affect all colors.

Does the drum rotate at all? I assume it does because I think it throws an SC code if it doesn't rotate.
I guess the only other thing I can point to is the power pack that charges each respective transfer roller. If you have another machine to pick from you could try replacing that and see if it changes anything.
Although only one color breaking and with no SC code to boot is pretty rare.

confirm the dv tank are rotating, check the two white gear from the front side of pcdu are turning.
If not turning check the solenoid at the back that controlling the black dv tank motor.

DV tank is rotating even at TD Initialization sc3030-003 it rotates while cheating on the front door

You have to loosen the controller box and swing it out and then you'll see this red marked PCB.
Once you get there you can't really miss it.

if you try to turn with finger the black developer unit rear gear , the magnetic roller turn?

+1 for BK development unit, some worn out gear, the motor turns normally , but the magnetic roller doesnt turn.
