What were you doing prior to the error?

Did you service the fuser and not put the cooling roller back in, or did you swap out the fuser and leave the cooling roller in the old fuser?

Or put it in but didn't properly tighten the screws

OR better still put the shoulder screws in the wrong place.

Make sure the PUSH SWITCH COVER is still on the back of the paper cooling roller assy. If not, you can order D1357084.
