Hope this post finds everyone well. Having sc490-00 at machine start up. Changed all PCDU and all peripherals still no luck

That code is not listed in mpc4503 will not be sc491?

Are you sure it is a SC490 and not 491 or 492? I do not see SC490 listed in the service manual for the 03s. I do see it in Goose's Guide for older models as being either a fan problem or a MUSIC error.

Suspecting high voltage power supply board or blown out fuse, because the said machine was working perfectly before I was told by the customer that sudden sc491-00 showed up.

I have found the solution guys, it happens to be High voltage board AZ320204 (3E079310A) was the curpit. I guess it was low voltage that damaged it, unlike 04/Ex series that complains when it detects a low voltage.
