im looking to turn off the scrolling machine status message on the IM series, it says "unable to order toner " with a phone icon,, ive been through 5515-10,11 5816-001... remote service is off...
please help help me dumb this thing down....LOL
also cant access web interface.. any ideas.. port 80 must be off? is there a default reset for this web interface?
