Sometimes, during the day, the printer reports C1102. This mistake is not new to me. Last time I just unplugged...

B500 with fs510 and Mt501 code C1102
pls help i am sitting withmachine and current problem ...the fs510 with no Mt501 prints well no issues...when we install mt501 and select to print say... -

This only happens when using the mt501 bins on machine fro printing... Other than that normal printing is fine to the finisher trays.
