    Random C1102 FS533 on Bizhub 308e

    Hi, I have a bizhub 308e with an FS533.
Sometimes, during the day, the printer reports C1102. This mistake is not new to me. Last time I just unplugged and reattached the PS107 sensor and it started working again.
The error occurs when the paper tray goes up. So the theory that it could be PS107 convinces me more and more. In my entire career as a technician, motor has never failed but there is always a first time.
This time it's a very distant customer. My idea is to arrive with a new sensor. But I take this opportunity to ask you for a consultation.
    Thank you!

Yes, I have already tried. This could work for hours and stop suddenly.

Looking at the manual the sensor makes the most sense.
Unless you customer is doing something stupid that stops it from moving up like pressing on it.

Having a look at the drive gear train would be good. Will only take one missing tooth from one of the gears or belts to upset it.
There is a bunch of gears in that train.
Looks like it could be possible for the one side to slip a tooth or two on the belt making the tray skewed.
        Whatever
