Grinding Noise

There is a loud banging grinding noise coming from the back of HP Laserjet M3035xs printer when it start and prints. Can anybody help with any ideas.

I found an "ADF Kit" (CB414-67918) but it does not appear to include a separation pad. As far as I can tell the only way to get the separation...
