    On the left side of the white belt, and at the right side of the white belt you'll see a rectangular door ~30mm x 240mm. There are two small shoulder screws (one toward the front edge, one toward the back edge). With these screws removed you can swing the doors open to see the sensors and black felt patches I describe.

    Sorry about the delay in answering. Sunday I got involved in moving a 100A electrical service over to an adjoining wall, 6 feet away. I certainly could not leave my friend without power (and the floor ripped up). I crept into bed ~2:00 am Monday, and have been trying to make up for the lack of sleep ever since. =^..^=

    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
