I wish that we were ready for another tech right now, but alas, I'm keeping up quite well all by myself in this little one-man-band. What we could really use right now is someone with a little more IT experience than me, but not just yet. I'll keep my eyes open. =^..^=

3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
