Hi to all,
Recently I initialize the bizhub 363 and format the hard disk. Now missing the movie data, and would greatly appreciate it if someone can send me to install them.

Hi,

Normally the movie data is in the first mass firmware of the machine,

You can download it with the firmware and install it seperately,

Normally the movie data is in the first mass firmware of the machine,

the movie data is 60 meg by itself and FW is generally in the 90's.
i havent seen movie data built into firmware, what version do you mean?

I want to thank you all for your immidiate and kind responses. The problem has been solved. Although now i am facing another problem with a tcm 3 usb card reader and it's connection with the bizhub 363. I will return with a new post for this new issue.

the old 363 only works USB2. it wont accept backwards compatibility. i have tried even usb3 flash drives and wont even register.
