HP Laserjet M3035 MFP fuser parts

Like many HP fusers there aren't any parts breakdowns in the parts manual. Does anyone have a parts breakdown for the fuser? More specifically I'm seeking a part number for the green pressure roller bushings.

I'm disappointed that the bushings are ovalling out after only 100K. Isn't this a 200K fuser? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Contact parts now 1-800-886-6688 they may have the parts, if not they have good prices on referbished fusers with a 180 day warranty.

I have been using them for 7 yrs and can count on one hand the number of warranty replacement fusers. Their website is

As you know HP does not sell seperate parts for fusers for this model I thknk they get the part from HP. Call their tech support department and find out if you can get the bushings.
Here is parts now part # for the fuser.

They couldn't help me. Apparently there is an HP bulletin on the blue-green colored bushings, but no part# or suggested replacement. =^..^=

Thanks for asking. The fuser drive gears & pressure roller bushings will be here in a few days. Maybe next time.

It definitely solves the problem, at least in the short term. Here's the list of parts:

                      RC1-3609-020 Right Bushing
                      RC1-3610-000 Left Bushing
                      RU5-0956-000 Gear 20T/20T Fuser Drive
                      RU5-0957-000 Gear 20T Fuser Drive
                      RU5-0958-000 Gear 17T/17T Fuser Drive
                      RU5-0959-000 Gear 19T

The pressure roller bushings require some disassembly, but the fuser gears are easily accessible from the fuser opening. Thanks to everyone that helped out.

Where did you order from? I've got the same issue and want parts but I can't find them on parts now?
                        Peace sells, but who's buying?

Try TSA. That's where I order the kits from:

Thanks a lot mate, I found the parts on TSA. I'll see if they can ship to sweden... really hope so since there are no one else that seem to be able to provide these parts.

HP Laserjet M3035 MFP fuser parts

When you call or email TSA order the K3740 and the KP3005. Those 2 kits have all the parts in them so you don't need a long list of parts. It shouldn't be a problem shipping to Sweden.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
