It's a laser error. You might end up having to replacle the laser. You might want to try the charge grid first. I have had that happen on a KM6030, changing the charge grid fixed it.

    What model? =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

    It could be caused by:
    1) Charge loss (developer bias contact, transfer bias contact, drum ground)
    2) The laser harness. There is a new style, and re-routed.
    3) Possibly even the laser unit, but unlikely.

Note: Conductive grease can be used on the transfer bias contact. Conductive grease cannot be used on the developer bias contact.

I don't know of any conductive grease that is suitable for the developing bias contact. If you use conductive grease eventually you start getting blank bands crossfeed, fading in and out. =^..^=
