It could be caused by:
1) Charge loss (developer bias contact, transfer bias contact, drum ground)
2) The laser harness. There is a new style, and re-routed.
3) Possibly even the laser unit, but unlikely.
Note: Conductive grease can be used on the transfer bias contact. Conductive grease cannot be used on the developer bias contact.

I don't know of any conductive grease that is suitable for the developing bias contact. If you use conductive grease eventually you start getting blank bands crossfeed, fading in and out. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
