    This sort of reminds me of those 12vdc RV lights from Amazon. In the comments section inevitably somebody will wire it up to a 110vac power cord ... than complain that " ... every one I bought is DEFECTIVE right out of the box!!!! It lights up for just a second, then blows!"

    hmmm ... I wonder why? LOL! =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      I hear ya but I knew better. Often times a contactor will use DC input (signal) voltage to control a much higher AC output. But this one uses both an AC input and output. I simply failed to read the specs throughly.

        Back to relays them? Cheaper and comes with sound effect.

              You mean that I was partially correct when I said that they were the wrong rating.
