If you put a gun to my head, I would say that there isn't enough voter fraud to change the election. But I do think it should be treated fairly and investigated fully because my opinion doesn't mean much. How the hell would I know?

And that would be treason on the part of Nancy Pelosi. It would also fail in the Senate. Remember, by the time Kamala Harris will not be sworn in as Vice President until after Joe Biden is sworn in as President. By that time Donald Trump will no longer be the sitting President and therefore cannot be impeached.

As for the 25th Amendment that is a moot question. The critical part of the 25th Amendment is that the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. There is also the fact that when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office. There is also the fact that it deals with a President being either physically, due to injury or illness, or mentally unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.
