It's clear from what you've said that you're not all upset that Trump took the documents because you're not upset that Uncle Joe took and kept documents in his garage. You're not upset because the top secret docs could have fallen into the wrong hands. Nope. You're only upset because Trump didn't return them on time.

Moreover, you have little interest in correcting a 2-tier justice system or else you'd want Biden in jail because that's where you and I would be.

I am disgusted that we allow classified documents to be so easily misplaced. Asking me if it's a crime is a matter of opinion, so it has no bearing on the legal process.
That being said, showing off classified documents IS a crime and just as you stated, they should be prosecuted to deter others from doing the same.
