You know, most of the time, I just ignore your posts. There's so much rhetoric, it's obvious you don't think about these things very much. Cutting and pasting has been your tactic. But then you post this. And I'm sure that it's something you've heard on CNN or MSNBC. But this really intrigues me. I'm wondering why you think this, but would deny that tax cuts would trickle down to lower prices?

The TAX Scam is just that. You HAVE TO PAY BACK the 1.5 TRILLION DOLLARS. It's NOT FREE MONEY. The TAX SCAM is not PAID for with spending cuts unless you make HUGE cuts in Society Security , Medicare, Medicaid, Defense etc.....
Short term gain for the RICH with long term pain. Just who do you think is going to pay the 1.5 TRILLION dollars back? The US Gov can't default on is loans like the TRUMP Casino's.

Also please share your GIANT tax benefits you got , with all your lower prices. Did your power bill drop? Insurance bill drop? Rent drop? Food bill drop? Gas price drop?

Exactly. So the tax decrease will not lower prices, but the tariffs will increase prices.

So you're saying that since taxes are paid after making money, instead of before making money, it won't affect prices?

What I'm trying to say is, if a corporation has higher profits for any reason, it means higher dividends for shareholders.

But it also means they're able to lower prices and/or pay their people more. And when companies are competing for business (as well as workers) it only makes sense that they will slash prices in order to get a higher market share... or raise wages to attract competent workers.

I'm not saying it never happens, but companies I am familiar with aren't too eager to either lower prices or increase wages. Maybe things are different where you are, but I doubt it. Corporate greed is universal

Special counsel Robert Mueller has subpoenaed the Trump Organization for business documents related to Russia. This is the first publicly known timethat Mueller has demanded documents related to President Trump's business.

The subpoena is a sign that the Mueller investigation continues to pick up steam even as Trump decries remaining questions about potential coordination between his associates and Russia and denies any wrongdoing.

Trump has said that he would view any investigation of his or his family's personal finances that did not involve Russia as violation by Mueller that crosses a red line.

At this point in America politics, it seems very political and mean spirited to fire FBI Director Andrew McCabe two days before he was able to collect his 20 years of gov't service pension.

The Dept of Justice needs to put forward a very strong argument as to why it took this widely unpopular decision.

The FBI's Office of Professional Responsibility recommended on Wednesday that he be fired. Since the firing did not occur until Friday, the last business day on or before his retirement date and therefore the last day that he would have worked either way, he will most likely still receive his pension. Trump could have asked for his immediate resignation on Wednesday when the recommendation was released. He would then have not received a pension. Note dateline on the news story. I understand we can all make political arguments about why Andrew McCabe was fired that would take paragraphs to debate but surely you can see that the optics of firing anyone two days before they are due to be eligible for their pension after 20 years of service is terrible.
