I didn't realise that was happening either.
But I believe it is more dangerous to ignore the real signs of climate change than it is to over report on it.

How about the hurricane that's about to hit Florida. Did global warming make the conditions "more favorable"?

Are you under the impression that climate change is an entity that travels around starting fires?

That entity's name is arsonist. An arsonist loves to watch fires and as a result does go around setting them. Global warming has absolutely zero to do with them.

If that were true. then there should be an increasing number of hurricanes every year. But the truth show otherwise. Florida, which historically averages 3 landfalls a year, until September 2022 went 5 years without a landfall.
