... the cyber attacks in this case are intended to destabilize Ukraine in preparation for an overthrow of the gov't and put in a President who obeys Russia's commands.

... kind of like the 2016/ 2020 US Presidential election.

... I mentioned the 2016/ 2020 election because every single official US gov't investigation, including from the FBI and the CIA, concluded that Russia attempted to influence the Presidential election in favor of the ex President.

That is the whole point of this entire thread. Are you not willing to acknowledge the same?

Have you ever read the Muellar report? In particular the summary where Independent(haha) Counsel Robert Muellar stated that there no evidence that then candidate Trump had committed any indictable acts, therefore no grounds for impeachment. On the other hand Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's report on William Jefferson Clinton cited 11 possible grounds for impeachment.

Thats the thing, he doesn't know about it because CNN MSNBCdnc don't report THOSE facts.

The Special Counsel investigation uncovered extensive criminal activity
The investigation produced 37 indictments; seven guilty pleas or convictions; and compelling evidence that the president obstructed justice on multiple occasions. Mueller also uncovered and referred 14 criminal matters to other components of the Department of Justice.
Trump associates repeatedly lied to investigators about their contacts with Russians, and President Trump refused to answer questions about his efforts to impede federal proceedings and influence the testimony of witnesses.
A statement signed by over 1,000 former federal prosecutors concluded that if any other American engaged in the same efforts to impede federal proceedings the way Trump did, they would likely be indicted for multiple charges of obstruction of justice.

They've only read the Bill Barr abridged version of the document.
