In particular the summary where Independent(haha) Counsel Robert Muellar stated that there no evidence that then candidate Trump had committed any indictable acts, therefore no grounds for impeachment. On the other hand Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's report on William Jefferson Clinton cited 11 possible grounds for impeachment.

In particular the summary where Independent(haha) Counsel Robert Muellar stated that there no evidence that then candidate Trump had committed any indictable acts, therefore no grounds for impeachment. On the other hand Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's report on William Jefferson Clinton cited 11 possible grounds for impeachment.

Thats the thing, he doesn't know about it because CNN MSNBCdnc don't report THOSE facts.
But he's in the 'Know'.
