Re: Do you trust the media?
... a quick scan of Fox News - Breaking News Updates | Latest News Headlines | Photos & News Videos shows that this faux news network is completely "white washing" the $1.6B lawsuit launched against it by Dominion Voting Systems.
Fox is in serious legal peril for promoting election lies that it knew were not true.
Hopefully, this lawsuit will send a strong message throughout all media ecosystems that there are serious consequenses to promoting false and libelous claims.Comment

Did Fox News Melt This County's Brain? - YouTube
More than 2 years after the 2020 presidential election, the small California community of Shasta County terminated its contract with Dominion Voting Systems. They’re the first county in the state to do so. Three county supervisors voted to end the contract, despite warnings from the county CEO that it will cost more than $1 million to buy a new voting system and train employees. Their argument? That you can’t put a price on voter confidence, so the Dominion systems had to go.

Re: Do you trust the media?
The photo you see below might be shocking, but it doesn't exist. It was made in a few seconds using ChatGPT & Midjourney and is 100% fake.
This seemingly authentic photo of Boris Johnson getting arrested is a prime (no pun intended) example of how digital manipulation an create images that distort reality. It's crucial to remember that in 2023, not everything online is as it appears.
It's easy to fall prey to false information or to let our biases cloud our judgment, especially if you want to believe something. To prevent that, always be vigilant and critical of the content you consume.
Here are three quick tips to help you verify images online:
1️⃣ Reverse image search: Use tools like Google's reverse image search to find the origin of an image and see if it has been manipulated or repurposed.
2️⃣ Fact-checking websites: Reputable sites like Snopes and FactCheck.org can help you confirm the authenticity of a story or image.
3️⃣ Cross-reference: Check multiple sources and compare their coverage to determine the credibility of the information presented.
