Idaho State University runner Madison Kenyon spoke out against new gender identity executive order Monday, citing her experience competing against transgender athletes as the reason for signing onto a recent lawsuit against the administration.



During an interview with Ainsley Earhardt on Fox & Friends, Kenyon appeared with her lawyer Christiana Holcomb to discuss how her past competitions against "biological males" were both "frustrating and "unmotivating."




She added that federal law is "very clear" about having separate sporting sections for women to ensure that they can be "champions" and maintain a "fair" and "level playing field."




The act, which was supported by Kenyon and her teammate Mary Marshall, was heavily criticized by the American Civil Liberties Union who called on the NCAA to pull all future events from the state.


The act is likely to be reversed due to the Biden administration's executive order, which is known as the Executive Order on Preventing and Combatting Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation.
In a statement, the administration said "children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room or school sports."

... although I can see how some citizens would have hoped for a $2,000.00 stimulus cheque, the promise was always an additional $1,400.00 to the $600.00 that they had already rec'd.

10 Republican Senators are trying today to convince Biden to reduce the $1.9T stimulus package to $600B.

President Biden has stated that this stimulus package cannot wait weeks and months to be passed into law.

If 60 votes cannot be found in the Senate, President Biden plans to use what is known as a "budget reconciliation" procedure that only requires 51 votes to pass his stimulus package into law.

the 'charges ' aren't legal .. he DIDN'T INCITE VIOLENCE but you'd never know the truth from what the MSM is telling you. Frankly Biden has made a bigger mess in 12 days than trump did his whole term.
