I've tried it both ways with you. I've tried having a civil debate with you and you refuse to admit that you're wrong. Example: You said the courts in Canada and the government are two separate things. I pointed out that the courts are the judicial branch of the government who are responsible for enforcing (or finding the person innocent) the laws that were written by your legislative branch.


So, when you act like a child and refuse to acknowledge the facts, I go back to calling you the moron that you are.

You have to admit that it's pretty damn ignorant that you didn't know that the Canadian courts were part of the government. I can ignore a lot of dumb shit, but that's inexcusable.

You should have said the the legislature and the court are 2 separate things. Now that I have you straight, there's levels to communism. When the government (the court is the government) starts fining a comedian 42k for telling a joke, Canada is on it's way there.

Who appoints the Justices that sit on the bench in the various levels of the Judicial Branch including the Supreme Court? In most countries it is the head of the Executive branch,i.e. the President here in the US and the Prime Minister there in Canada.

Who approves the appointments of Court Justices? Normally the "senior legislative house" which in the US is the Senate.

Who approves funding for the Judicial system and passes legislation to create new courts when needed? The legislature.

Now please tell me exactly how the court system of Canada is independent of the legislative and executive branches because it sure sound to me like they are not.

... proof in point is the US extradition request of the senior Huawei executive in Vancouver. Once Meng Wanghou was in the judicial system, the Federal gov't could not arbitrarily release her.

That is common practice for all extradition proceedings. A person can either accept extradition or they can fight it in the courts system.
