Wrong again. Although, the amount of times you are wrong it likely doesn't register anymore.

Adding people to attempt to de-escalate instead of having cops do the opposite is actually a good thing.
Having programs available to help people before they get desperate is a good thing.
There is plenty of proof that incarcerating people, for the most part, doesn't work. It just creates worse and worse criminals.
