I think most of us feel like the people that he shot/killed got exactly what they deserved.

If I'm being honest, I never thought he was a white supremacist. I only thought he was looking for a way to kill someone and he felt this was the way to acheive that goal.
But all are entitled to their opinions.

If that infrastructure bill is anywhere near being similar to previous infrastructure bills, most people are going to get very unhappy very quickly.

1. Usually they are for "shovel ready" projects. That means projects that have already started. If your community has no shovel ready projects, you do not get any funds.
2. Then there is the matter of matching funds, i.e. your community has to match any funding that the federal government provides. That can take years before projects can be started.
3. Once started many of those projects will take years to complete. During that time you will see major traffic slow downs in the construction areas. Major freeways become 5 to 25 mph parking lots, for months or even years. Surface street become congested when on or off ramps and vehicles need to use the streets to get to and from ramps that are open.

In 2005 there was a bill passed by Congress called the Thomas Roads Improvement Program (TRIP Act). It secured $630 million in funding for infrastructure projects in Bakersfield and Kern County. Items 2 & 3 above describe what has and is currently happening in Bakersfield with projects funded by the TRIP Act. We are still paying those matching funds with higher local sales taxes. Oh, by the way, the vast majority of those sales taxes are being paid by people making less than $100 thousand dollars, not the rich.

One the men that he killed was released from a mental ward the night before. Another admitted to pointing a gun at Rittenhouse. And the other was a convicted child molester.

Kyle was the only law abiding one of the bunch.

Golly gee you must consider 30 to 50 as old and Hispanics as white men. Those are the demographics that most truck drivers I know belong to. The only old white truck driver I know is retired and SHE is retired.
